The air conditioning was intermittently working. I contacted the location. I picked it up at. They gave me the n number of who I needed to reach out to without any hesitation on their end. However, once I reached U-Haul, I gotta run around and then I got Kaitlyn on the phone who was more than helpful from U-Haul and a manager was supposed to reach out to me and never did. So to say the least, I’m very unhappy with U-Haul it’ll be looking at Penske from now on. what kind of managers do you employ that can’t even reach out to take care of a problem? And then you send me a text asking if everything was taken care of how how well they did This has NOTHING to do with Vitales they was helpful!!
