KIMBERLY SIf it wasn't for the owner showing up in the morning, I would not have gotten the truck. I used the online app, which didn't work. I showed up 15 minutes before I was to take the truck, but I ended up talking to a woman for 45 minutes on the phone because the app said I had no reservation.
