Enold Jthere was confusion with the drop-off location. I made the reservation to dropoff at the New Church, VA location, the printed contract I was given said drop off at New Church, which is what I did. However, the online system said to drop-off in Pocomoke City, MD which was confusing because the Pokomoke location called me on the 3rd day asking when I was going to return the trailer. I explained I already did, then noticed a charge on my credit card. I called and customer service said I didn't drop off the trailed. I explained what happened and told them I had taken pictures of the contract that said drop off in New Church, VA and pictures of the trailer at the drop-off location. very disorganized experience.
