Some confusion with the dealer at the pickup location. He was not at the lot at the designated pickup time. Had to call and wait 25 minutes. Initial contact with him, he was not aware that he had a 6x12 trailer on his lot. Helpful once they got there. Then the desired location for drop off was changed after we had picked up the trailer to another less convenient site in Asheville NC. I had originally decided to forego the discount for the Asheville location, to drop of at the more convenient Weaverville location. One of the tires may have also had a slow leak. Before departing, I checked the pressure on all tires and adjusted to 60 psi. One tire was reading only 25 psi, others were close to 60. The only good thing is you have honored my request to provide the discounted rental fee for return of the trailer to the Asheville location. Took about 6 calls and shuttles to different U-Haul divisions to finally register the complaint and request for the discount.

paul dThe truck rides very rough. It’s like there is a flat spot on the tire and it can’t get itself worked out, so prepare for bumpy ride and hope for nothing to break.
