Make sure the trucks are serviced on a regular basis. The truck I rented was slow and it tilted when hitting bumps. Not the best of trucks I have rented from U-haul

I was called by U-Haul representative when I was waiting in line at 2801 Tulane Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119 to inform that the reservation for a truck and motorcycle trailer was no longer available. The representative found a U-Haul at location 5757 Lewis Rd New Orleans, LA 70126. I was please with the gentleman at this location.

This location was new and the employee was very inexperienced.... He took over an hour to complete my rental and he also never checked my tow dolly back in after I dropp it off...... Very horrible experience

truck was clean and worked great. but the prices were high...it cost the same to rent a 17' truck as it did for us to rent the 26' truck a year ago.
