REFUSED to refund my cash deposit, OR accept ANY of the 3 options Uhaul corporate TOLD this location to offer. Receipt Unsigned states I received My cash deposit refund. THIS loc ation seems to have issues with cash deposits. Following up in small claims court.. Have consulted an attorney The truck was returned hours early, and extra gas.
KRISTINA MHave the U-Haul trucks "Backed In" !!! We were told to back vehicle in upon returning it, YET none of the U-Hauls were "backed in"! We had to back it out in heavy work traffic on a BUSY 2-lane highway with no help... this was disappointing. Otherwise, the experience went fairly well.

JENNIFER CTeach your employees about the overnight lock box because my key was in there and your employees kept telling me no it wasn't and they could have just overrided the system and give me the pin because the app wasn't working on my phone and they definitely didn't
