The gas tank was easily accessable but it did not have a lockable gas cap. Given the location of the vendor in a area without much traffic, seemed to be a security issue where someone should easily siphon out the gas. Consider putting on locked gas caps.

A little out of the way. Grassy/gravel parking lot.
Paul AThe staff at the pickup site were very friendly and helpful. The trailer was not clean when we picked it up. There was dirt and debris that needed to be swept out before use, due to slip and trip hazard. The trailer roll up door would sometimes stick in the raised position, needing to be yanked and torqued in various ways to get it to close. The trailer design with no hitch lift made it impossible to hitch up or detach alone (for me).

Dana HOnly problem I had was the dolly and blankets were not in the truck. But I did pick it up on a Sunday and they were not open
