The location and truck was fine but the app is ridiculous!! It took an hour just to pick up the truck through the stupid app. And it's stupid that you need me and two other people to verify before you even pick up the damn truck. Awful experience because of all the issues with the app at pickup and drop off. I will never use the app again and maybe not uhaul because of this
