Our reservation was for 10:30am. Our truck was not there and the attendant did nothing to help problem solve. He said it was not his fault that he came back from time off to a shit show (his words) and there wasn’t anything he could do and the we needed to be patient. We booked a reservation and had paid movers waiting for us to get there with the truck. We were over an hour late. I work in customer service so I understand at times things being out of your control but he never apologized or showed empathy towards the situation, or even tried to problem solve one bit. When we finally did get a truck, there was none of the equipment we had ordered.

I was charged an extra day of rental and insurance although I had it back in time. The situation was fixed but the stress and loss were f money until refunded is unnecessary

Sheldon SI reserved my truck the night before online. I also reserved an appliance Dolly. I was told they'd never have them there. Then I was told to check some of the other locations couldn't find that the truck was filthy inside had someone's dirty. Snot RAG on the floor and I feel like I was completely overcharged. The truck had no ramp Ann nodali. Making my job very hard.I will never ever go to u haul again
