I don’t think it was the location‘s fault but I reserved a truck and trailer and when I got there, they only had the truck they sent me across town for the trailer and that place was closed and I waited there for 45 minutes before a U-Haul representative could find me a trailer across town another 6 miles so I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to get the trailer that should’ve been at the first location already attached to the truck
