Take into consideration that if you ask someone to help in delivering a larger truck. I would suggest that if the mileage extra is no more than 10 miles you eat the cost of the extra mileage. I felt that was asked to help and then charged for a 3 miles overage. In my eyes that should have been absorbed by your company not my wallet.

BENJAMIN MI don’t think it was the location‘s fault but I reserved a truck and trailer and when I got there, they only had the truck they sent me across town for the trailer and that place was closed and I waited there for 45 minutes before a U-Haul representative could find me a trailer across town another 6 miles so I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to get the trailer that should’ve been at the first location already attached to the truck
