I requested for a dolly and cover for furniture when I reserved online. But when I was about to get the unit. The guy in the front desk just said no dolly even for box or for appliacnes or anything at all.

ryan sMake the instructions clear, or advice the customer that the location will not have any other equipment besides a truck. The gentleman was not patient, he seemed to think I was a repetition of all the customers, and like he was about to burst in anger. It would be helpful to have someone who shows kindness to people who are in a hurry and confused with a process they probably use once every time they move (assume it's their first time). The gentleman seemed angry from the moment I walked in. He didn't have a dolly or the boxes I ordered. When asked he seemed upset by the question and wanted me to go and ask U-Haul (I thought they were U-Haul).
