They didn’t guarantee the tools like trolley and at the time of getting the car they didn’t say anything about my order. My order was online and they didn’t have the trolly. I expected to verify my order at the time of getting the car while after arriving home I understood that they didnt have trolly. Anyway, delivery of the car was excellent and flexible. And totally, it was great.

the person at the pick up location was not up to the task. there were no dollies or blankets available

MICHAEL JThe gate is super annoying and not sure why it has to be closed during business hours - maybe the car gate could be closed but why is the gate for people to pass through also closed? Also, the location did not have the blankets I requested. Anyway, those two points aside, the service was excellent and the equipment in great condition.
