Wasn't given any instructions on how to return truck as the store was closed. After i figured out self return stuff then there was no place to drop off keys. Called uhal customer service and after 20min wait got connected to someone. She took so long and told me she will tell passcode to the security box lock and i waited another 10 min for her but she hung up for no reason. I would have called back but it showed another 25 min call wait and it was already too late so i went home with keys and then had to come early to give the keys back to the store. Very bad customer service
