Nothing, they are already the best

Josh BI’m very disappointed with my experience with U-Haul so far. First, my order included a dolly, but when I arrived at the store, I was told they didn’t have any available. The staff member said I would need to contact U-Haul and pick one up elsewhere, but this was not an option for me as I was counting on the equipment I had reserved. As a result, I had to complete my move without it, which made the process much more difficult. After this, I’ve received a receipt that charges me for more mileage than I actually drove. I recorded both a video and photos when I picked up and returned the truck, and the mileage does not match what I was charged for. The correct mileage should be 15 miles.
