Decent service, quick and efficient. Didn’t get all the moving blankets I reserved, but that’s U-haul for you.
BRYAN DI rented the truck with tree dolly, I got there there was no dolly available, the attendant was extremely rude to me, he said it wasn't his problem, that I booked with Uhual so I had to solve it with uhual, that he wasn't going to do anything for me. This was certainly the worst rental experience I've had with uhual, extremely disappointed with the lack of importance you give to your customers.
ALEXANDRE LDirty little office/mechanic shop. It worked fine, just not the typically experience. On the positive, there was not line up, so really quick, in and out. No complaints, just general appearance, but understand it is a mechanic shop who handles U-Haul.
ADAM LThe service from this location was like being in an outdoor car garage , cold , dirty, no place to sit. I felt like I was in a slummy location not what I expected for such a big name like U-Haul
