The truck we were given had a significant misfire with a Check engine light on. It was slow to accelerate and had really poor fuel economy. It was ok driving empty but once we loaded it I could really feel the loss of power. Merging on to the highway it struggled to get up to highway speeds, and going up hills it was slowing down a lot. I would consider it dangerous to operate before fixing the engine misfire.

Location was a bit of a dust bowl so cab of truck was dusty. Location was very convenient for us to pick up. Truck ran well!
Roberta SI reserved the trailer initally to pick up in North Vancouver. This was cancelled due to some mechanical issue on the reserved trailer. I was directed to the Braid Street location to pick up, and told I would be able to pick up after 9:00 am. I requested a pick up in Vancouver as that is where I was going to load furniture. The NV location was by my home and easy to pick up on the way over to Vancouver. Had I received the notice earlier I may have been able to pick up in Vancouver instead of New Westminster. This delayed by departure by half a day. The equipment was out in a dusty lot and I mean really dusty, it was not clean, covered in dust inside and out ... I was not impressed.
EVAN FReflection to reservation location and truck size as well as trailer were not available. Filled the gas tank over the limit because the tank did adjust until we moved . Was not refunded for gas or difference in trailer size . Sadly was very stressful with constant changes to my plan for moving because of U-Haul .
HEIDI HThe operator purposely misled me by not mentioning any issue with packing equipment until after I had processed the payment. They offered no assistance or suggestion to remedy the solution and instead just pointed to the truck. I subsequently had to call around all locations myself to try and find the supplies because your call center wouldn't check for me. 0/10 will actively warn people away from your service as a result of that operator.
