Terrible street. Very narrow, one way, there’s no parking and people were double parked everywhere making it even tighter for a big truck—we had a lot of difficulty getting in and out. Staff was okay, they were friendly but kept telling me to talk to someone else, who directed me to someone else, who took me all over the place (including the sketchy back entrance) only to realize I’d already checked in and just needed the key (which I had told him). Then U-haul charged me a cleaning fee even though we cleaned the vehicle ourselves.

Staff was not present during the pickup time; I had to wait about 45 minutes until I could get a vehicle. Also, the reserved vehicle type (van) was not available for pickup. Instead, I was given a box truck, which was cumbersome to navigate in NYC streets.
