This location sucks!! The slowest wifi for their system, had me waiting almost an hour past my reservation time just to check in, had no blankets or hand truck that I reserved online. Also charged me 25 miles as minimum, said I would get a refund if I didn't use the miles. I did not get a refund and only used 5 miles.

Sergei KI was charged $30 insurance coverage that I didn't request nor agreed. I contacted Uhaul customer service for a refund and it'd take about 2-4 business days to get my money back.
Vera HThis is a drop off in NYC - so expectations are low. The space is severely limited. Very convenient location for drop off and for filling up the truck since its a gas station. Person behind the desk was professional. Drop off was straightforward.
