Great location, easy access, convenient. Truck was not “clean and well maintained” (your ratings question), it was dirty, but functional (it’s a moving truck, so don’t expect too much). Checkout took far too long, either because of system issues or user error (he was struggling the whole time with the laptop); all my info was there with the corporate account, checkout should take 5 minutes not half an hour. Drop-off was easy and effortless, overall good experience and I would recommend this location.

Xuyuan XThis location sucks!! The slowest wifi for their system, had me waiting almost an hour past my reservation time just to check in, had no blankets or hand truck that I reserved online. Also charged me 25 miles as minimum, said I would get a refund if I didn't use the miles. I did not get a refund and only used 5 miles.
