The mileage on paper was different than the actual mileage when I got in the car. The agent just kept stalling inside another truck and then marked the time that I got there wrong. I didn’t get my refund back for the unused miles. Disappointed

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst person I dealt with upon arrival must have been filling in for someone who had been "trained" by UHaul, as first person was not able to answer some questions (e.g. if I returned UHaul earlier or later than scheduled--it was my first ever rental, so I didn't realize that it did not matter). Fortunately, someone more conversant showed up before we had completed the paperwork and was able to show me everything I needed. After that, all went smoothly!
Nancy HHave someone to give the truck’s maintenance. The truck was super dirty. Windshield was excessively dirty I needed to go and do my moving errands figured I could’ve just used the windshield cleaner fluid but even that wasn’t working because it had no fluid.
