We booked specifically phone check in but there was no option when we got to the location. There was a long line with others also dealing with this problem. The attendant is rude and slow to check-in slowing down our process therefore taking up almost 30 minutes or more to just check in 1 truck. Trucks are packed in the parking lot and take a long time to take out as well. Attendant was adamant that we could only check in with a credit card and a sign that stated it, even though the Uhaul website states both debit and credit cards are accepted. The attendant was borderline rude and abusive when we said we had a debit card saying it wouldn’t work. We still went ahead with debit card and of course it worked. 0/10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
