Truck cab was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Paid for blankets and a flat dolly, but was told no flat dolly was available and take a utility dolly instead. Those are not the same thing, and caused issues moving furniture!! Blankets were dirty and stored in a nasty, unfolded pile outside with some resting on the ground. Disgusting.

LATRICE MPick up was easy, the equipment was well maintained, the service staff was very nice and professional. I would say that the online returning was a little too involved and could be streamlined a little more with less picture taking.
