The people at the location are nice. The place is convenient and everything is great except for how the vans and trucks are maintained. They are usually dirty inside, and the pressure of the tires is usually low and things as whipper fluids are usually out. Something that could be fixed by checking the equipment once a week and vacuuming the interior of the cabin often. It is still better than other places where I have rented from.

The location itself is fine, but we rented two trucks recently, and the first one smelled of fish and had a huge oil stain on the floor. Then when we rented a truck a week later, the website was down and it took about two hours to get our truck. They gave us more time, but it really messed up our day due to childcare time restraints

VICTORIA EThe only challenging aspect is that street parking is very hard to find around this location. This is somewhat mitigated by some dedicated parking onsite, but there aren’t enough dedicated spots for all UHaul vehicles so it’s luck of the draw if you get an easy return or have to drive around for an hour to parallel park in a tight and/or questionably legal spot somewhere.
