Hello! Staff at this location was helpful, however, my car check in was at 6:30 but the app wouldn’t accept my picture uploads. It would allow me to take the picture, load as if it was uploading, and then just fail. This caused a 1 hour delay to my departure from the 103 street pick up location. It took me around 20 minutes to connect with someone over the phone to figure out what alternative options I had to verifying the equipment bia the U-Haul application.
Malaika PI rent here often due to location but they make constant mistakes in billing. Even when i did self return they messed up and over charged me back to back. Not sure how hard it is for them to read the mileage and it doesn't seem like they ever clean the vehicles.

ANNMARIE EThe people at the location are nice. The place is convenient and everything is great except for how the vans and trucks are maintained. They are usually dirty inside, and the pressure of the tires is usually low and things as whipper fluids are usually out. Something that could be fixed by checking the equipment once a week and vacuuming the interior of the cabin often. It is still better than other places where I have rented from.
