I rented a cargo van in order to make a quick furniture pickup. This was only days after a major snowstorm and, with temperatures still well below freezing, most of the vehicles were still locked in snow and ice. Many other renters were struggling to demonstrate the patience needed, but the U-Haul team kept their composure. Matt in particular had his work cut out for him - single-handedly having to shovel out vehicles. He never stopped. On my return, he was kind enough to help park my van.
