Just a minor thing. The front inside of the u haul was not clean the floor had trash and dirt, the pockets on the door had trash which I threw away. The service at the location was fast and excellent. Thank you

IBRAHIMA BI just had a glitchy experience with the self-checkout in the app, so I had to wait for the Uhaul guy who was super nice and helpful. I think the app could be improved -- it was not clear to me that I had successfully submitted the checkout.
Jean FIt’s a very tight space, and even though it was a gas station, the truck had almost no fuel left, which meant an immediate fill up
