Turn in was totally opposite of pick up. Very friendly, helpful and apologetic for the experience at pick up.

JOHN KI rent uhauls yearly to move my son. I requested a location close to me that I have good experiences with. The location was changed to Glasgow. This location was 20 minutes further away in a rough part of Delaware. The vehicle was in disrepair. The driver side must have been in an accident because the door was badly dented and had to be slammed shut. The ventilation worked infrequently (the fan was on high but no air came out) so it was very hot inside the truck during the 2 hours of driving. The steering was very loose which required constant attention to keep it on the road. The drive shaft had a horrible imbalance at around 40 mph which was loud and shook the truck. The transmission would slam into gear after a delay which would jerk your neck. This was the worse experience I’ve had. Historically I’ve had good experiences so I will probably try again, but I would not recommend that location.
