Dropping the truck off was simple and also a gas station which made it easy to refill the gas tank on site.

Cargo area was not swept out and was scattered with debris like a metal bed part and a body-piercing ring. Cabin was filthy. Salt all over the floor was excusable considering the snow, but the center console had sticky stuff spilled on it and trash on it. There were also half-drunk water bottles and papers lying around from the previous user. In short, this truck was not cleaned at all. How to improve the user experience? Clean the truck. Doesn't need to be spotless. It's a rental! But there are certain basic standards that this did not meet. Also, the brakes on the truck were making loud squeaking noises and a related jitter when the truck would come to a stop. Also, they did not have the dolly's I reserved.
