Snowed in so access was tough. Made a one way rental and wires were crossed up and another Newark, DE was expecting the return and this location didn't alert the other location. We were told we could return to any of the Newark locations. We had some drama yesterday and had to reach out to both locations with emails, texts and phone calls to get cleared it up. Also, the receipt doesn't reflect the accurate day and time when I returned it. Don't want to incur any additional costs.

I had to park my car a block away from this U-Haul location, which lacks customer parking. I originally requested rental from the Newark Delaware Sunoco location, which has adequate customer parking close by, but the 15 foot truck I wanted was not available there.
