Where are they expected the trailer to go, only an expert driver could have backed it into that position. The person directing me was directing me from their vehicle. Finally, somebody came out and moved to one of the vans so that the trailer could more easily be backed into a position. Almost drove to a different U-Haul dealership in order to not have to try to maneuver the trailer into position and possibly cause damage to the trailer.

Reaching the local facility for the rental was challenging. Calling them a few times and no one being present at my time of pickup led to more problems. Going 1 hour in my rental time slot. The experience made me unlikely to rent from this location again personally
JOEL JPicked up an enclosed trailer. Got it home/after loading and discovered it had a broken leaf spring on the axle. Obviously no safety checks are done at this location. Had a four hour drive to final destination driving on the highway most of the way. I can only imagine the possible fatality this trailer may have cause. Called U-haul to have another trailer brought to me and have the original trailer picked up but was told they would not bring me a new one, that I had to unload, pick up the new trailer then reload. I canceled the new trailer. I am still waiting for a refund and compensation for inconvenience. No follow up from U-haul.
LAURA RUhaul broke down took 2 hours just for someone to come fix it the guy who cam and fixed it was very nice
Crystal BSnowed in so access was tough. Made a one way rental and wires were crossed up and another Newark, DE was expecting the return and this location didn't alert the other location. We were told we could return to any of the Newark locations. We had some drama yesterday and had to reach out to both locations with emails, texts and phone calls to get cleared it up. Also, the receipt doesn't reflect the accurate day and time when I returned it. Don't want to incur any additional costs.
