They called me the day before to confirm my drop off location and which I said yes I would like to keep my active reservation the next day when I went to drop off the hat told me the location was changed and made me drive an extra 10 minutes and add a mileage onto my trip

MONIQUE BThis location wasn't a real location. they had a parking lot with random vehicles and some Uhaul vehicles... the location also made me travel down the street and pick up the truck 3 blocks away and the truck was parked under a tree on random street... also I requested a dolly for moving but no dolly was in the truck.
