The site says that they were open, when I arrived the site was closed. I didn’t know anything about completing my pickup via app. This site is close to me but I would not use this site nor recommend this site to anyone.

The truck had a strong odor like a restroom, and both the vehicle and the location clearly needed a proper cleaning. The office had no fan or ventilation — it felt like walking into an oven. Please improve cleanliness and basic comfort for future customers.

Yong BSo, I was a bit surprised when I saw the bill for Safe Move (coverage). It was $30, and I didn’t get any explanation for that. I already knew about the rental fee and mileage, so I was a bit confused.
