The truck had a strong odor like a restroom, and both the vehicle and the location clearly needed a proper cleaning. The office had no fan or ventilation — it felt like walking into an oven. Please improve cleanliness and basic comfort for future customers.

The person was very very rude...
Yong BSo, I was a bit surprised when I saw the bill for Safe Move (coverage). It was $30, and I didn’t get any explanation for that. I already knew about the rental fee and mileage, so I was a bit confused.
Diego PI had a tough time to get the keys as lock would not open, I lost time and could not do my planned activity using the vehicle, also I raised the concern using app, not sure if someone is looking into
Japesh Scostumer service is very poor, the person is very rude, if you have questions, he has no patience explaining, and he curses!
