It was the worst experience I ever had. $19.95 a day they say well I had it for 18 hours and it cost me $146 it's outrageous I even feel robbed I'll never step foot inside that store again

Paul DThe people were friendly and doing their best, but there was some difficulty getting the online check-in system to work. They had to photograph my ID four times before it "took". Also, we rented 6 moving blankets, but they were initially not provided; we almost drove off without them but remembered in time and asked for them. They quickly provided the blankets, but the thing is, we shouldn't have needed to ask, the blanket rental was on the reservation, they should have provided what we rented without needing to be reminded.
