Please make sure vehicles are at the pick up place customers need it at. I was to pick near my area then u changed it to Newburgh. Made it inconvenient because it involved other members that were going to help me

We rented a pick up truck and before we even got in the truck we walked around the truck to assess any prior damages. We pointed out damages that were not notated with a sticker and we also took pictures and uploaded it to email that was sent to us. As we were leaving, my husband got in the truck and I was walking back to our personal vehicle, the employee that was helping us, called my husband a "sticker" because he was pointing out the damage that was not notated. I responded that "we would rather be safe than sorry". The employee claimed to understand, but employees should NEVER call customers names regardless of how bad the name is. Employees should be trained better on customer service.

I don't think this is entirely their fault, but I do think they can be more understanding and not charge me keeping a truck longer than I intended. I booked movers thru your service and they no showed, which forced me to keep the truck until Monday, due to the fact I had to wait for a new moving company to become available '. I was called daily being told the truck will be repoed if I didn't not return it. I already had to take off of work Monday due to the company I booked thru you no showing. I already emailed customer service regarding this, and it seems like nobody in your company cares about “customer service” If you want to bill somebody, why don't you bill the third party who decided to screw over your customer?

We were so satisfied with the service we got from UHAUL from the manager of the New York branch you the nice lady who dropped off and picked up the Ubox her in California. Not to mention the very spacious Ubox. We were already prepared to let go of some of our things but it was a a really nice surprise that we still had a lot of space left so we ended up bringing them still. We definitely got the value for our money or maybe even more. I am planning to do a YouTube review just because of how impressed we were about your service. From the service the facility turn around time and everything. I am not sure but I am definitely giving it a two thumbs up review.

Again nothing. The kid was great. He unhooked the trailer and got me right out of there. Didn't have to deal with any BS.

Employee hitched the auto trailer to the truck incorrectly. When I drove the car onto the trailer the trailer unhitched, and smashed into the door of the truck. He used a rubber hammer to pound the panel back into place. Every time the door was opened the panel popped out and had to be fixed. I did not rent the truck expecting to fix employee mistakes.

I reserved the trailer and received a confirmation to pick up in Brewster NY. When I arrived, there were no trailers available. The Brewster location was very helpful, reaching out to U-Haul Traffic to find a trailer 45 miles further away. This added two hours to the task.

uhaul screwed me for twenty miles in charges due to orignal location new windsor tow dolly put in shop lthen haD TO DRIVE EXTRA TEN MILES EACH DIRETION TO NEW LOCATION WITH NO COMPENSATION THATS NOT RIGHT

first the guy he work there gives me the wrong motorcycles trailer and when i get mad the manger he told me no problum we can change it and try to bother me saying when you coming here again don't drive fast in the yard he mother fucker young kid can't talk to me like that and the work man ask me help him to install the trailer really? what the fuck ? i help worker to install the trailer? ok im very very mad and from now and up i will put bad comments at the social media but thats not them foult it the fuckin company hire young kids
