I don't like that the U-Haul had a dolly and the packing blankets in there. I told them I didn't want them in the truck and was told that they are standard in every truck and if I unhook them that I would be charged. I didn't want them and I do not use them. They take up space that I was not able to use. I have 100% rented trucks numerous times and NOT had these items in them.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was great
Kristen RI did the transaction fully online and complied with all rules. I picked up the unit in the lot beside the store abd dropped it of in the exact location, even left 1/8 more gas than I started with. I went to the store to browse and wait for my ride to pick me up. The owner asked if I dropped it off, I told him I did it all online and dropped off exactly where I picked it up from. He was extremely rude raising his voice stating that they want them dropped off in a different location at the store and asked me to move it. I told him the keys were already in the box. He then stormed out of the store ranting. So I decided to not buy anything at the store and went outside to look for signage to drop off in another location and online and found nothing. I will not recommend this Uhaul dealer and definitely not the Louis Doe Home Center to anyone.
Trampas HThe Uhaul employee at Louis Doe home center in Newcastle Maine came out to meet me. He looked everything over and had me on my way in 5 minutes 🙂. I didn't catch his name, though.
Laura Bas we had to travel 25 +- each way to pick up the truck a credit of 50 miles would have been nice. the only complaint i have was it was very difficult for this old lady to get into the cab. but overall the seats were comfortable and had good mileage. I did not take the initial picture of the license plate as the clerk didn't tell me to and when i saw the text it was the next day. I did take a picture of the dash as he suggested...
