The employee (Partom) was continually on his snap chat while serving me. This to the point that I asked him to put his phone down and finish my transaction. Highly disrespectful on all levels. The trailer was cover in ice and Partom left me to hook it up alone. Did not check that I did it correctly. Cost me additional 20 dollar to wash the ice build up off trailer to avoid the risk of it falling of on the road which I feared would cause an accident. Highly not recommenced to do bussiness at New Castle Esso for anything.
AARON MDeal with gas issues, I drove 60km and put $15 and then they charged me an extra $14 …… $30 of fuel for 60 km?? I don’t think so

Vivek CThe E-Brake was half engaged. This caused the light not to turn on for the warning and I obviously couldn't move the truck well. The E-Brake should either be fully engaged or not at all prior to next use for a new customer.
