How U-Haul Reviews WorkYour app doesn’t allow you to report issues, has a glitch I typed up an issue and it says I’m not writing in English so I can’t load the issue? Weird. This site was never Evans they were very helpful. But the truck wasn’t clean inside and someone previous itinerary was under the seat, the ramp would not pull out and and a friend who was helping me hand the hand injured due to the ramp no pulling out. I tried to report it but had issue with app saying I wasn’t writing in English which I was? I couldn’t report it for the next customer. It made our pack out difficult due to not being able to pull the ramp out. We tried and it wouldn’t budge. So we just worked harder cause we had to get to NY quickly. App needs work. .

Mitchell HA bit confusing, would prefer a location where there is someone to assist. The location was changed last minute to a much further one from UHaul, which I was not happy about. We managed though, just let customers know they may be picking up from a random lot and have to follow multiple directions through the app.
