We had a very good experience when picking up the trailer from This and That. Check-in and hook up was prompt and we were on our way in no time.
JAMES BI am so upset at the situation. I made a reservation two weeks prior and get called TWO HOURS before my reservation that one isn’t ready and I have to drive to another location HALF AN HOUR away. I did not have time for this. Someone should have relocated the truck. The woman was rude on the phone, no one called me the day before at five like I was told *several times.* Honestly, I will not be using this company again.
