How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer service was a bit dry, could have been friendlier.
JASON SThe two young men were very friendly and quick to work around the fact that the system didn't show them to expect my truck. They verified the information on the contract and made the return a breeze. And they assured me they would look into the beeping problem and it probably would be a simple fix.
NATHAN HThe whole process was excellent. Thank to the people at the rent-all.
William MWell, I think the actual vehicle and place of rental were fine, it’s really amazing how a 2995 rental ended up being just about $80. I’m not quite sure why if I have auto insurance of my own and you are a rental company that have vehicles in your line, why you don’t just automatically ensure your vehicles and why we have to pay extra for insurance is beyond me. And your mileage rate is ridiculous
