I wish the tank could have been full when we got it so we could have just filled up what was used at the end. Getting it at 1/8 a tank and having to go get gas right away and figure out how much gas to put in was not great especially as gas is so expensive. I tried to calculate what I would use for 230 miles, but still ended up with 1/2 a tank when we got to the destination

Laura LAside from the location...my experience w/ U-Haul overall was horrible. We had originally rented the truck and scheduled it to be picked up at a location in Arroyo Grande, only to get a call from U-Haul that the closest location would be Moro Bay...however they could upgrade us to a 15ft truck free of charge (okay great). So I agreed. However none of the equipment I had in my original order was included or transferred over to the new order....packing blankets, furniture dolly etc. The truck was empty. Upon inspecting my "new" rental order, it was not included. This is not the fault of the location, however it is the fault of U-haul customer service. This made our move experience more difficult overall.
PETER BI didn't interact with any personnel as we returned it off hours, but it wouldn't let me keep it blank.
