I was renting from the Covina location and was treated horribly. I have rented from Corona and Norco and received great service. The Covina location knew that at times I would need trailer for extended days. I did go out of town on Family emergency (death in family) and had trailer for extended time. I do admit I started giving the Covina location little respect. I understood now there is a mark on my name when trying to rent a trailer. I spent a lot of money renting trailers last year from Covina, I was treated rudely. I don't owe them any money. Check with other locations that I have rented from. Norco was great! Thank you
