First the store employee told me I couldn’t take the vehicle out of town but he did give me the 1-800 #. I called, we got the vehicle. Tire light on. Needed a little cleaning. Windshield fluid light on. Phone connection full. The vehicle drove flawlessly, though.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was not swept out. It also had 24 furniture wraps were thrown all in the back. I folded them and put them neatly into two stacks.
Virginia JEverything was smooth! The only thing that happened was one of the quick link screw lock connectors was off the chain. I didn't have to use that tie down chain. But the staff were good.
Melvin KToe strap was torn but I was left with no other trailer within a reasonable radius within 30 minutes. Commute one way
