Everything was smooth! The only thing that happened was one of the quick link screw lock connectors was off the chain. I didn't have to use that tie down chain. But the staff were good.

Toe strap was torn but I was left with no other trailer within a reasonable radius within 30 minutes. Commute one way

KATHY CAgain your web links sent to me would not work. Had no way to self check. U-haul person was not there when I dropped off (was day early). Talked to pawn shop clerk-he said leave it and the uhaul person would check it in and i'd get an email. I took pictures before leaving. No email by next day so I went back to drop off location. Talked to u-haul person and her checked me in then, evidently the pawn shop person did not say anything to him. But again, if the self check-in link would have worked, I could have used it.
Robert SThe truck was dirty in the back with trash and the front had food crumps and sticky stuff everywhere. I personally had to sweep everything out. There was no dolly yet I was still charged for one. I was charged more then what I was told was the deposit then they tried to charge me another $80 on top of the 145 they had already took.
