I reserved two dollies and moving mats and didn’t receive them. Location didn’t have any so I had to do a long distance move without them.

DAVID JTruck was rough. Glad we didn’t need to travel on highway. Also booked 10ft weeks ago and UHaul changed to 15ft and I was assured price would be same $19.95 for day. At checkout, of course overcharged ($29.95). Had to call for refund.
