I was charged for 2 days when I only had it once I also put too much gas back in and was supposed to be refunded for it and wasn’t… it also took about 40 minutes to leave when I picked up because it was only one working doing both uhal and store so it was a back in forth

Dia Bhorrible customer service from the clerk extremely rude and had nasty attitude he also threatened me to not give me the truck because I asked why he has a nasty and rude attitude the truck was filthy and had no gas on it I was charged for gas after I left the gas tank on the same level that truck was given to me

Shelba GThe operator was mostly useless. He couldn’t figure out how to boot his computer to locate my reservation. It took my 45 minutes to get my truck. He offered nothing in terms of value.
