First location had no printer. Then NONE OF THE UPS PHONE CHARGERS WORKED! I was hit by a truck and he cracked the mirror. Truck kept going and I was on side of road. 4 CALLS TO UPS LINES AND WE WERRTOKDSOMEONE ISCOMING NO ONECAME AND I DROVE WITHOUT A SIDE VIEW MIRTOR AND AGEDME 10 years Yourservicesucks and I could've been killed. Thanx for NOTHING

They didn't check in the truck or answer the phone when I called. U-Haul reached out to them too (or at least y'all said you did). I had to go in person. They didn't seem super familiar/confident with the process. Also, this location feeds right into a major street that has relentless traffic. They were nice enough there though. They just seemed unfamiliar with the process and that added stress to the whole rental process.
Logan JClerk was indifferent/almost rude. Seemed annoyed that I was returning.
Teena FI was charged for 2 days when I only had it once I also put too much gas back in and was supposed to be refunded for it and wasn’t… it also took about 40 minutes to leave when I picked up because it was only one working doing both uhal and store so it was a back in forth
