horrible customer service from the clerk extremely rude and had nasty attitude he also threatened me to not give me the truck because I asked why he has a nasty and rude attitude the truck was filthy and had no gas on it I was charged for gas after I left the gas tank on the same level that truck was given to me

Shelba GThe operator was mostly useless. He couldn’t figure out how to boot his computer to locate my reservation. It took my 45 minutes to get my truck. He offered nothing in terms of value.
