I had filled out the reservation online to pick up the truck from this gas station pick up location. The man behind the counter was a little hard to understand with his accent and seemed to prioritize his store customers over helping with my rental. He called someone who I assume was his partner to verify my rental and had me talk on the phone with him directly, essentially going through all the rental options again. The man on the phone also had an accent and was hard to understand, made harder by the general noise of customers in the gas station store. Everything went fine, but made for a rocky start trying to work out the rental details even though I had set up most of it through the online reservation already.

When i went in to return the U-Haul the associate that was working didn't even know how to process my return I stood around waiting while he called someone for about 20-25 minutes he told me that I needed to come back he didn't know how to do it I was on a time frame I'm in the process of moving later I receive an email from U-Haul saying I owe $20 I tried to call them back to let them know it was inconvenient for me to make it back there today I was speaking to a woman who knew little English she was very rude this whole experience was just awful there were customers there also to rent U-Hauls that he turned away because he didn't know how to do the process this type of business would certainly cause Uhaul a lot of customers if this is what they have to go through very awful experience.

The equipment was not available at first and the U-haul rep was running late. She never showed up and just told me over the phone that I could take the truck and she would call later if necessary. She was polite, but the order was incomplete and not well organized. I had to ask about my missing equipment and the store owner went into the back storage area to get extra equipment to give me to fulfill the order. I also never received the boxes that I paid for. Store owner was moderately helpful, but it was a bit frustrating that the situation was so disorganized, considering that I paid in full online, set up the pickup time in advance, and ordered about $30 of equipment and boxes that were not readily available.

It’s a con isn’t store and he did not have a computer I did not sign anything and he did not go over the charges. I told him I did not want insurance and he still charged me. He handed us the key and said take the truck without anything and never asked for out ID. Very bad service

This was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had!! Took two hours to rent a trailer. Wasn’t offered any discounts for waiting so long. Not recommended at all.

This location was unprepared to rent the truck i reserved. The single working attendant did not have access to any information and was dependent on making phone calls to " the boss" to get the truck. I finally got the truck strafe waiting 45 minutes. The truck cab was filthy with trash and dirt and the van was dirty with trash as well. The mileage out was incorrect on the ticket I was given. I had to take a picture of the odometer for the return conversation with the single on hand attendant. This location doe snot represent UHaul well in the market.

These people ALSO obviously didn’t know what they were doing. We brought the truck back with more gas than was required and we were promised a refund that NEVER came. We will never ever use UHAUL ever again for as long as we live, and we will tell everyone who will listen to never use them either!

Attendant did not understand how to operate computer to complete the check-in process. Could not print a receipt either. (Was able to e-mail it.) Difficult to maneuver equipment out of lot.
