The employees at this location were VERY NICE and helpful!! However, the truck I was rented was stuck in the dirt and I assume the person they called to help was possibly the owner of this franchise?? I don't know who he was but he's a bit of an entitled, rude jerk. He literally asked ME, the customer to get down on the ground to hook up his tow rope to pull the rental truck! The helpful employee ultimately did it and the got the truck out....but then this guy proceeds to spin out in the dirt and gravel kicking up a dust storm all over myself and his 2 employees. So, blessings to the employees, but I'm scratching this location off my list! What a jerk!

U haul truck was at a grocery store mainly in the hood...the truck that was given to me was not well maintained....interior light was hinging down..damage areas here and there ...transmission needs work...a tune up is needed...windshield had a chip...I probably had the truck for an hour before I turned it back in...I wrote down everything that is or was wrong with that truck...
Timothy WThis was a very rundown (and I'm no shrinking violet) area in North Charleston, there were wine bottles, beer cans, and large amounts of trash all over the parking lot drop off area, I'm 6'1" and 225 so I wasn't concerned for my physical safety at any time (plus it was early afternoon) - but I can imagine that I would not want my family in that location were it getting dark.
