They moved my pickup to a location with a later pickup time, it took over 2 hours of online and customer service calls to get my truck because all the location computers were down, the location they moved me to did not have the dolly I reserved and the location owner was less than helpful and and ass.Then the next day they charged me for a second day when they wasted half of my first one when I had the moving help. Worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul.

MIGUEL MEasy, quick pick-up. I would recommend downloading the app and checking your phone often. A lot of the links pop through (which is not Red & White's fault) and you have to be attentive to that, but it is otherwise really simplistic. The truck was in perfect condition and did the job we needed it to - plus the AC was so cold in the truck, I had to keep turning it off. Can't say that's a bad thing here!
Dylan SI arrived and asked the red white supermarket cashier; 1 male, 1 female. I asked them where the UHAUL is and the female told me its here. I looked and said in confusion really? due to me never seeing a UHAUL rental not being in a UHAUL BRANDED store. After my comment I then told them that I will be turning the keys into the drop box per the intructions on the app. The male coworker told me I'll take it and I him no, I will be dropping it off in the box per the written intructions since I don't know if they work for UHAUL or not. The male coworker then started getting attitude telling me "you can turn it into the main UHAUL at central and we are not going to take your equipment". I looked at the map for the UHAUL on central and it is 2 hours away. The female was understanding and pointed towards the keybox location while the male lacked professionalism and easily lost his temper due to a customer being unnacustomed to a NON-UHAUL branded place. The female was the only one that was helpful.
Richard AI returned the Truch on the 25th and my receipt said the 27 Why am I being over charged? Please Correct the charges. The location was not helpfull
