Despite having made reservations well in advanced at a preferred location, it was changed by your company at the last minute to another further location. This action imposed an unnecessary inconvenience upon me, and major plans had to be altered in order to accommodate this unexpected change. I was informed by the new location that it was because there was no 10 ft truck available at the desired location I had a reservation with, and that there was ONLY ONE 10 ft truck in the entire area and that such truck sizes are in great demand, but seldom ever replaced. I recommend that as a company you either better stock your locations, in relations to the usage there or allow travel discounts for you satellite centers to retrieve their trucks stranded at other locations. Or provide a discount to customers inconvenienced. Otherwise, it is highly likely that I will consider other rental companies for my relocation needs in the future.

GABINO COverall it was good. However, my name wasn’t attached to the new truck, only a confirmation number and the staff wouldn’t allow me to take the truck until the owner arrived to update. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes. They were sympathetic about it though.
ELIJAH AThe entire process went very smoothly. The Guys at Ace Hardware were very helpful. All in all, it was a very good experience.
