Brennan TMy reservation was changed from Uhaul corporate location in North Hollywood to this joke of a pickup location. Checked in with an unprofessional clerk at the checkout station. The equipment reserved was not available at this location. In addition, I was required to self document the condition of the vehicles for release. Then needed to go to original reservation Uhaul corporation pickup location to check out the much needed equipment that was not available at the Best Bin location. Did not appreciate the extra hassle created by the Uhaul online reservation system or the multiple representatives I spoke to on the phone who assured me that the Best Bin location would have everything that we needed. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone based on this experience.
