Another truck was rented to someone else under my name and my account information not 20 minutes before my arrival and suggested that person presented a valid ID that happened to share my same first and last name though that ID was not documented.

There are no uncongested U-Haul stores of neighborhood sites in the Burbank/North Hollywood area, but this location has some street parking for trucks that made pickup easy. In spite of being a logistic company, U-Haul could not handle the logistics of including an appliance dolly with my truck order, so in general, at least for the LA area, I would not trust U-Haul to include rental items along with the truck.

DAIRIC SParking is tight here, but the staff made it work. Great customer service. I don't think there's any after hour drop off, so something to keep in mind if that's important for a customer.
