Is all U-haul fault for not keep standard quality control to let business become U-haul rental centers. 3rd time in a row that my reservation was not available, make me lose time and energy

ALEXIS BThe truck doors needed to be slammed in order to be closed. The check engine light remained on the entirety of my trip and I couldn’t address it because of how desperately I needed to move. The cab light would remain on although all doors are closed and locked and would cause a blinding affect while driving, quite dangerous.
