I was told by U-Haul scheduling I could pick up at this location with 24/7 protocol with the app and I scheduled for 10AM. This location does not support 24/7 (gate was locked/office was closed). This location is unclean and unkempt. Office was supposed to open at 11:00AM. I stood around for over an hour until the dealer showed up late at 11:20AM and opened the office. Then, dealer informed me he did not have the moving pads I ordered, so I had to drive to another U-Haul center to separately rent the pads, causing more frustration, extra mileage, and delay on my move in day. It was 11:44am by the time I was able to rent the pads.

Takayuki NDO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! The owner is a grifter and will try and scam you out of money and charge you for miles you did not drive. All the negative reviews are true, unfortunately he had the only truck available but I will never rent from him, and warn you to not rent from him either.
Paul GU-Haul changed the pickup location the night before, but no one called to confirm, which means the pickup time was ALSO changed from 7am to when they opened at 11am. I got there at 11:30, the place was open but no one was there. I called and finally got a hold of the guy (whose name I don't know, he never even told me). He said 10 minutes, showed up 45 minutes later, was VERY rude. When I went to drop off the U-haul at again - a different location that was originally selected - some random person at the business next door came up and started telling me that if I left it there, I'd incur a $600 tow... Honestly, this was an incredibly, INCREDIBLY difficult move and U-Haul just made it so much harder than it needed to be. I won't be using your services next time if I can help it, because moving is stressful enough as it is. I didn't feel any customer "service" at all.
