I was charged for an extra day when I returned the vehicle within the 24hr period. Clearly a act of theft. Taking advantage of a customer to not being on top of the invoice charge. This happen twice within a week of rental. The owner of this location says that uhal charged me with the return time noted. BULLSHIT...I told the owner he had check me in late...hours later. I'll never rent from this location again. Can't be trusted. Uhaul should vet their representatives who they whore out the name too.

Just a weird location. Had to park on the street.
NOLAN CHave the correct number of required furniture pads on hand and make sure they are clean.
William HI was told by U-Haul scheduling I could pick up at this location with 24/7 protocol with the app and I scheduled for 10AM. This location does not support 24/7 (gate was locked/office was closed). This location is unclean and unkempt. Office was supposed to open at 11:00AM. I stood around for over an hour until the dealer showed up late at 11:20AM and opened the office. Then, dealer informed me he did not have the moving pads I ordered, so I had to drive to another U-Haul center to separately rent the pads, causing more frustration, extra mileage, and delay on my move in day. It was 11:44am by the time I was able to rent the pads.
