I made an appointment for 10am. I get there and no one was there to help me so I was sent to a new location via U-haul customer support. I get to the new location just to be told I don’t have a reservation and was getting charged more than was recently stated. I called U-haul support again and through the phone they honored my original price and mileage. The check engine light was on. I get to the drop offf location and they say I can’t drop off here and then again sent somewhere else. Not to mention I had people waiting to help me load the U-haul that had to wait almost 2 hours because no one was there to help me for my 10am appointment. I should not be charged for anything else. Very overwhelming and awful communication between U-haul employees. Not recommending anyone

Yosuke KI reserved a 15’ truck at a different location. U-Haul called the day before to tell me they had changed my pickup location because the original location did not have a 15’ truck. They also changed the time because of the hours of the new location. When I arrived, they did not have the 15’ truck. They offered me a 26’ truck. The right mirror on the 26’ truck was broken and could not be adjusted precisely.
Gina GI was charged for an extra day when I returned the vehicle within the 24hr period. Clearly a act of theft. Taking advantage of a customer to not being on top of the invoice charge. This happen twice within a week of rental. The owner of this location says that uhal charged me with the return time noted. BULLSHIT...I told the owner he had check me in late...hours later. I'll never rent from this location again. Can't be trusted. Uhaul should vet their representatives who they whore out the name too.
