Chief’s Mowers was excellent as always. We’ve rented a U-Haul van from them for several years. It is always a pleasure doing business with them. However, I have not been able to connect to the U-Haul site for check-in or check-out. I’m 5’9” and the cargo area step-in is just too high. The bumper should have an intermediate step molded into it. Also, this new Ford van is DANGEROUS. The running boards are narrow and sloped down and away from the body. I almost lost my footing twice. Thankfully it wasn’t raining and it wasn’t snow covered. I recommend replacing the running boards or selecting a better vehicle. I drive a full sized pickup, but the wider, flat running boards make it safe weather rain or snow covered. And the rear bumper insets make it easier to climb in and out and the cargo area doesn’t even have a grab handle. I will continue to rent from Chiefs but I hope you do something about the ingress and egress to the vehicles.
