KAREN MYou guys need a way to do contactless pick up the fact that I have to wait till this place opens to go there, but I’m able to drop it off and no one be at the place. Makes no sense. We rent these every year on vacation to come home to make the commute easier since it’s about 8 1/2 hours for us and instead of having luggage and things piled into the car to the roof. We use the trailer to make it more comfortable for the kids. I would love to rent one and take it with us to go down but your rate system makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It was charging me $400 to take one down but only 120 to take it home. I totally understand supplying demand however you should have an option for round-trip probably not common but we would use this a couple times a year if the rates made sense on a round-trip where I can take it to vacation unload it drop it off at a site and then pick it back up a week later to bring it back all for the same price or a better rate since I’m gonna be the one using it to and from
