Because all of UHaul rentals exist in a separate business (store, storage units, etc), Uhaul customers are forced to wait while the other store customers are serviced. The store acts like it's an inconvenience to rent a uhaul. The equipment wasn't checked - the cab of the truck was dirty and sticky and the trailer didn't have working lights. I had to return the trailer to a different uhaul place - which was even worse than this one. I will never rent uhaul again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot really a business there but a side hustle. But the job got done and the rest of the experience was great!

Michael HEveryone was very nice and helpful.
ERIC Fthis place is filthy and just nasty - my clothes smelled horrible after just walking into the store for less than 5 minutes. received no help and my rental was not returned in the system until the next day - over 18 hours after I dropped it off.
